About R T V S D

RTVSD is a national, non-profit initiative founded in Sudan in 2022 by a group of ambitious youth determined to bring change to their communities.

Motivated by the challenges their families faced—limited education, inadequate health care, and scarce economic opportunities—they united with a vision to build a better society through volunteer work and sustainable development. Professors Montaser Haroun and Tawfiq Abdel Majid played a pivotal role in guiding the establishment of the General Assembly in Khartoum, which later expanded to offices in Central Darfur, South Darfur, and North Darfur.

From its earliest days, RTVSDO launched campaigns to support children with special needs, distributing school supplies and fostering inclusion. Over time, more volunteers joined across branches, strengthening the organization’s reach and impact. Their efforts have grown into tangible achievements in education, health, humanitarian aid, and community development, embodying the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

The organization’s journey reflects the resilience and passion of Sudanese youth, proving that collective action can inspire hope and transform societies. Guided by dedicated leaders and volunteers, RTVSDO continues to expand its mission, promoting solidarity, peace, and sustainable progress for future generations.

Our Goals

Eradicate Hunger and Poverty

Support 3 million rural and marginalized communities through sustainable agriculture, social protection systems, and economic empowerment.

Advance Education, Health, and Equality

Enhance gender equality, provide quality education, scholarships, schools, and services for people with special needs, while strengthening health systems through training, health centers, and awareness campaigns.

Promote Sustainable Economic Growth

Build capacities, create jobs, and foster self-reliance among Sudanese communities to improve livelihoods and economic opportunities.

Strengthen Social Solidarity and Peace

Raise awareness on social development, deepen relationships, revive voluntary work, and contribute to conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and human rights promotion.

Foster Partnerships for Development

Establish collaborations with national and international organizations to achieve economic, social, and cultural progress.

What WE DO ?

Education : -

- School supplies and food, and facilitate scholarships to poor students.
- Capacity building, academic support course, positive education sessions for parent.
- Establish primary, intermediate, and secondary schools and centers

Health : -

- WASH activities, campaign, and drug reduction.
- Fighting epidemics and harmful insects, health awareness of the six childhood diseases and vaccination.
- Established health care centers and clinic.
- Menstrual health and FGM education sessions for women and girls.

Agriculture : -

- Fighting harmful groups, preserving the environment from erosion, establishing agricultural projects, fighting poverty and hunger through agriculture.
- Pastoral schools established and developed, technical services in best practices, and agri-food system.
- Agriculture schools services, fighting desertification, irrigation development, and farmers training.
